[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation each time. Connecting to my WiFi, updating the firmware. My only downside is the battery life. For a family of 8 and heavy usage, they last 7 months. I hope this helps. I still recommend this product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used various locking systems over the years, this is the one that finally gets everything right.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have three of these locks at our house and recommend them highly. The app is easy to use and gives you many options for access and alarms to know when a door is open or closed. There’s also a security feature with an alarm for forced entry.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this product to replace a failed Yale product. It was extremely simple to install. Did take a moment to figure out how to pair with my existing products. But over all very happy with the product and the ease of installation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize how much mental energy I was spending worrying about whether I locked the door until I got this smart lock. Now I can just open the app, check it in two seconds, and move on with my day!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock for my father and mother in-law as they are aging and I thought this lock would ease getting into there house. However, the lock continues to show a red X after code is entered. I have reset this several times for them but it’s continuing to be a problem because they have to use their keys.
