Perfect for our need

This lock is elegant and provides for multiple codes and remote lock/unlock. Easy to install as a replacement for a traditional deadbolt.

Instructional Video Needs Updating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the hardware, but the instructions suck. The contents don’t match the video and I was losing my mind thinking that I lost the reinforcement plate (they only package one now, even though the video walkthrough documentation says there are two!!) and the adapter plate for the lock from rounded to square doesn’t exist in the instructions either. I had to go to other sites to locate others who had the same experience and clued me in that I wasn’t losing my mind thinking I lost the reinforcement plate! Again, great hardware, good tech, lousy instructions.

Love the hands free functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The integration with my Apple Watch to lock and unlock with Apple Home is amazing. It’s a bit difficult to get set up if you ever need to change phones or watches, but in the end all the smart features are very much worth it, including remote lock/unlock, and being able to check that you remembered to lock the door.
