Great smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have several short term rental properties and I use these locks on all of them. Easy to setup and install; the app can control everything remotely and can easily check battery levels. Only had one issue with one after two years; Schlage had a replacement sent within a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is nice! We get to keep track of who entered and when they entered. The only issue I have encountered this far is the lock needing to be factory reset for an unknown reason.

Convenience for the family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We now have purchased 3 of these because we liked them so much. It has been helpful and very user friendly for children to help with opening the front door when I have a handful of groceries or other shopping bags. It's been helpful in making sure that the front door is locked and for safety purposes to know when the door is being open. And on our first home that we bought this item for we were able to use that as a way to schedule our home showings by creating temporary codes for the realtor to use for the showings. All around it is a really good product to use for whatever your situation might be.
