[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a lifesaver especially having teenagers that forget to lock the door, forget their key, or just forget… being able to lock the door from work, unlock the door as we are pulling into the driveway, and make sure it’s locked no matter where we are gives us peace of mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Apple Hub Required!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deadbolt is great but in order for the tap to unlock to work with HomeKit and add additional codes, an Apple Hub is required.
Pros:
- lifetime finish warranty
- You can set the auto lock time
- You can set the lock sensitivity for forced entry (there’s an alarm)
- Uses AA battery that is supposed to last 6 months
- It took 5-10 minutes to install

Cons:
- Need apple hub to add additional users or for the tap to unlock feature to work (this is all on Apple and not Schlage)
- The setup instructions won’t be crystal clear to non technical people. (This will generate more bad reviews for Schlage.)
- Schlage’s mobile app could be more friendly (Looks like it was designed by technical people. Stick to the K.I.S.S. Methodology.)
