Awesome feature set and looks!

Attractive, Silent Lock

Unlock requests from the app take a good minute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock overall works well, app is a little slow overall: firmware updates, lock/unlock requests, changing settings, etc. I've thoroughly tested on 3 different iOS and android phones and a samsung tablet, via connection to the lock using bluetooth and wifi, same 20-30 second delay everytime.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Encode - For Bnb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock has been very helpful in my business. It has helped allow me to manage my Bnb while out of state. I haven’t had many issues compared to previous locks. I would recommend it to other Bnb hosts. I hope that they make it possible for contractors to have an app that would allow them to update and diagnose the lock without me having to be there in person. It rarely happens and I had plenty of past codes set, but that is one thing that should be addressed with companies like this and ring.

Exactly what we needed

Always offline with power or internet fluctuations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use at a vacation home and with frequent power fluctuations or Internet outages, lock goes offline and can't be put back online unless present in front of the lock and not remotely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
