Great lock

Installation and set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although installation was easy, and durability and security are top notch, my issue was set-up. I have an iPhone 16 and I was unable to scan the QR code. Then, it took numerous times holding my phone near the lock for it to connect to my phone for set-up. I had to use chat gpt to assist with tapping my watch and phone for entry because those instructions were not in the video.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and efficient. Did have some difficulty setting it up and getting it to connect to my phone. App doesn’t stay logged in, but overall function is great and usable. I like being able to give people temporary access codes.

Love but having problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to Install and easy to setup to my phone. I have been unsuccessful getting it to connect to my WiFi. I have a new one sent to me as I was told mine was probably broken. I am worried about not being able to get the new one on WiFi. If I cannot get it to connect to WiFi I am not sure it will work as well as the security device I am hoping it to be.

Encode Plus…I’m totally lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually really like the Encode locks. However, I’m quite frustrated that trying to get my iPhone connected as a key. I’m quite good with all things Apple but this is very different and I can’t even figure out how to get the process started. So for that I’m very disappointed with the encode plus I recently purchased.
