Very easy to install

In order to reset my password, I had to view the account on my laptop via phone link as the screen wouldn't scroll down so that I could accept the changes/info that I had entered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed new lock to allow access to healthcare workers and monitor the status of the lock remotely. I get an alert anytime the lock is opened and which code was used. Easy installation and setup. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this lock was pretty expensive most of their locks that were comparable to it we're very near the same price. I picked Schlage because they have a good name and I hope they have a good reputation. My only grievance about this lock is that the numbers on the keypad or hard to see when bright sunlight is shining on them. But so far the lock has worked flawlessly. I've had it on for a month or two now
