Has been flawless!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously had another HomeKit lock that became very problematic. The Schlage Encode Plus has been flawless so far and works perfect. Never been locked out and the home key function is flawless!

Great smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and use, works great. However, when I try to connect with Apple Home I had a oroblem connecting more than one iPhone to I’m use to lock and unlock the lock. Still trying to resolve this.

Great WiFi and remote door lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Encode door lock. I love its ease of use , and ability to have temporary codes for family or workers. It also is nice to have the auto lock feature soothe door locks itself after a set period of time. Which is a benefit with young kids and grandkids walking out the door and forgetting to lock the door behind them. It is also a big plus that it had a key slot for times the code doesn’t work or by chance the batteries have died and the automatic unlocking or locking mechanism doesn’t work.
