Great features and visual appeal design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reselected this to be compatible interfacing with Apple, Home and Apple phones and watches. Haven’t had a long, but we love it. The installation was very simple - the only issue we had was adjusting our lock plate by a few millimeters to securely close the door. The Camelot trim looks fantastic. The connectivity and interface. took a minute because it was difficult to concise instructions to add it to the Apple HomeKit ( in our case it is our Apple TV.) Love the feature that you can have it lock after a certain designated time. And that you can lock it or unlock it remotely if necessary. Extremely helpful being that a two-story house so you don’t have to run downstairs to open it and it also prevents having to put your stuff down to lock it from the outside when leaving the house with full hands.

Happy wife happy life, Encode Plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Sense lock that ceased to work and needed to be replaced. I use Apple Home Kit so the lock needed to be compatible with Apple. I looked at Aqara U400 but, they use a lot of plastic and they are NOT Grade 1 Security. So it was a no brainer to go with Shlage because it’s GRADE 1 Security Rated. I had an issue with connecting my wife’s iPhone to the Home key feature. It took me several hours to figure it out. It was NOT caused by Shlage, it was her iPhone setting . I had to go into settings, open Face ID & PASSCODE, scroll down to Wallet and turn it ON. Now it works flawlessly with her iPhone. She’s happy now (Happy wife happy life)!

Great locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock install was easy, connected to our WFI quickly, works great with our iPhones, the code pad is awesome, but what’s really great is being able to allow my children access to let our dog out without having to give out keys. Plus the antique bronze looks amazing on our home. I’ve installed a second one on the back door as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great lock. It’s very seamless and a durable piece of hardware. It uses Bluetooth and WiFi to connect to, however a nice to have would be to integrate the typical smart home protocols such as matter or thread etc

Game changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WiFi deadbolt has been a game changer for my family. It used to be constant drama with the dog sitter or teenagers losing their keys, locking themselves out or forgetting to lock the door when they leave.
Since we got the keypad I can lock or unlock the door anywhere from my phone. I installed it myself - was easy if you buy a door install kit. It hooked up to my WiFi with no drama. The keypad is super easy to use.
It has genuinely removed a lot of daily stress from my life.
