Easy to install in place of old lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a new door and wanted better control of giving access to lock without using keys. (It comes with a key, but I will only need to use if if the batteries die.). We have caregivers for an elderly parent so this is perfect for giving up to 100 unique access numbers. I like that I can go into the software and delete access to anyone at anytime anywhere. When you use the downloadable app you can get instant notes for who and when the door is unlocked and the locked again. Software is easy after playing around with it. I don’t think this model can be unlocked remotely, I think you need the Encode Plus Smart WiFi lock. Maybe a Schlage factory representative can comment. It’s a little pricey, but better that the Lockley WiFi Bluetooth lock I ordered and returned: It was much cheaper, but not as dependable I believe. I’m very happy with it. Love the 3-year electronics warranty, and the lifetime mechanical warranty.

Simple upgrade worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this lock for a few months now and it’s been great being able to either share a passcode with others to use or using apple homekeys to unlock the door without a touch. It’s a premium model, works flawlessly! Simple to install, quick to set up and easy to use.

Great lock with HomeKit comparability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate that this lock works with HomeKit and with the Apple wallet. It’s easy to set up and looks good.
My only complaint is that the numbers are hard to see. It’s fine after you’ve pressed the first number, but often mis-press the first
number. I’ve gotten used to it but guests always struggle.
