Great until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At 1st i loved this product this was the 1st time getting a smart or even electronic lock. i purchased it 4/2/25. it worked great for about 10 months then the batteries started draining and now it doesn't even work with new batteries. So glad i purchased the one with the key. I will not buy this product again.

Easily malfunctioned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely disappointed in this locks performance. The interface is very good. But I’ve had two locks in a row that stopped working in various ways. This last one locked my BNB guest in the house, and he cannot open it from the inside and when I got to the house, I cannot open it from the outside. I had to buy another lock and go through the back door to get inside so I can remove the lock with a screwdriver. It has stopped working for me 3 times in the last 4 months and it is very difficult to get anybody from Schlage by phone to address the issue.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system has worked great for my rental property. It gives me the ease of programming specific codes for my renters. I am able to program the unit to notify me when it is locked or unlocked. I am able to know when my cleaning ladies come and go which is very helpful as well. I am notified when the battery is running low which is also a great feature

Becoming a headache

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock for my father and mother in-law as they are aging and I thought this lock would ease getting into there house. However, the lock continues to show a red X after code is entered. I have reset this several times for them but it’s continuing to be a problem because they have to use their keys.
