[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I don't have to worry about lost keys or copying keys down at the local hardware store. Plus can program the locks to lock themselves and maybe have to change batteries twice a year if that. Great product

Beautiful and easy

Set up on the phone was very easy and adding multiple codes was just as easy. The feature to send an alert when there's someone trying to get in was helpful.

Not worth the money

Difficult to connect/use. Does not have a keyless function or even if it does, you can't use it.

Happy to leave the key behind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Life made simpler, no more key needed. I was able to start using the front door again without needing to remember a key and I love the automatic locking feature. The app makes it all so easy to use.

Easy install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight forward install. Had to file the strike in order for the bolt to mesh freely, but that only took less than 5 minutes. The indoor #6 screws were missing from the packaging, but I had replacement screws in my own stock. So far the lock is working perfectly and the phone app (iPhone iOS) is really easy to use and logs all lock events (including manual operation). All and all, I’m very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was very easy to install, and the instructions were great!! Everything worked well, and I am extremely pleased with the purchase.
I like the fact that I can control this device with my phone, and that I know every time the door is locked or unlocked.
One suggestion I would have is that the instructions on how to sync the block with my phone are good, but finding and accessing those instructions was not as easy and straightforward as they might’ve been. I would recommend that aspect be reviewed.
