So nice to be able to monitor the entry of my property online and not need a key. Very quick connectivity with my Internet. All installed and ready to go in about a half hour. Would buy again.

Easy and Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was easy to install. The initial connection setup was a little trying but not impossible. Once you know what you’re doing, it’s a breeze. I love my lock. I can lock and unlock it remotely. I was so pleased with my lock I purchased a second one.

Convenient lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced an existing deadbolt and added the Apple Watch unlock feature to my patio door. Very easy installation and great upgrade to the previous key lock. It’s easy to see the lock status and I can set an automatic relock.

Most reliable lock in market with little TLC

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well and good quality. Battery charge indicators and software updates are a problem - other than that the lock is good.
Battery indicates it is 96% capacity and suddenly drops where it simply doesn’t work. Hence I have a key in a lockbox to take care of this situation when it happens every 3-4 months.
When the entire app UI was updated, I had to be next to the lock and perform the upgrade and pairing before it happens. Has happened once.
Still this is better than any other lock in the market including Kwikset..
