[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock and its convenience. There have been a few bumps that I would like people to know how to troubleshoot. The lock needs to be on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi bandwidth to function. It will have issues. We go through about three or four sets of batteries during Alaska winters in our 4-5 month winter. Alaska has frigid winters that kill Batteries.
The massive positives are:
1. Accessibility online to program and deactivate codes.
2. Able to see the history of the use of Programmed codes.
3. It looks stunning on a door.
4. I love the auto-lock feature.
