When working, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3. This upgraded model that does not require the separate wifi hub is great. When working its awesome. We had a problem with one of them with a circuitry short that is draining the batteries in a few days, blown through a few sets and realized it is a malfunction (not poor wifi signal/searching or other similar cause). This is on blogs and a known problem with these units. Fortunately, Im told the warrantee will mean for sure replacement, will see how they respond to my request to replace.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Directions to install are great. Easy to use. Company sent me a new system for free because the first one had a keypad that kept failing. They verified I had a lock and sent me a new one.

The ability to unlock and lock with your apple watch or iPhone is highly convenient. Having Apple Homekit integration is awesome as well.
10/10 would recommend this lock to anyone looking to modernize their smart home

Airbnb automation

I love that I can see who is accessing my home and when. I love that I can set time frames the cleaner's code works. This is a wonderful product!

We first purchased a Schlage lock to ensure we didn't lose our house keys. It was so much easier to simply get home and unlock out doors without having to search for keys. That was almost ten years ago 😳. We haven't looked back or even considered going back to regular door locks. It is great to have peace of mind when it comes to this detail of home security.
