[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few hiccups with integration, but it has worked flawlessly since. Lots of features that we have found very useful. Everyone in the home uses a different method to unlock the way they want. Great product!

Easy to setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup. App was easy as well! My only complaint was not being able to share the control from the app with other household members, but its no big deal once I got it hooked to my other home automation hubs.

Connectivity can be a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have spent over two hours to try to connect the lock to my Xfinity WIFI. I disabled the 5 and 6 GHz channels and the pod extenders. Signal is strong, my phone is using the 2.4 GHz channel and still nothing. Will need to call support.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy upgrade from old deadbolt. 5 min install to add wifi connectivity. New deadbolt allows automatic keycode generation for guests based on their phone numbers. Very user friendly.
