[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy installation, smooth action, extremely convenient connectivity. Unlock with my Apple Watch works quickly and is such a delight. I have a 10+ year-old Schlage Sense Lock still going strong, but this one shows so many design improvements. Nice to see their product evolution.

Very sleek and trouble free installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally recommended through Ring. We ended up adding a satin nickel Camelot trim handle to our garage door as well, as well as the larger handle beneath this unit. As well as satin nickel deadbolt and keyed knob for our back door!
We had a typical issue with offset in a retrofit door but the chamfered deadbolt and some dowels to move the existing plate saved the day.
Setup was a breeze and so far battery life seems to be going very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our home, it came with a smart lock that constantly drained batteries and would even unlock during heavy rain. After seeing the great reviews for this lock, we decided to give it a try and haven’t looked back. We use the system 2–3 times a week and still haven’t had to replace the batteries. It’s been reliable, secure, and trouble-free. Highly recommend this setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install and very simple to set up in the app. I love being able to lock/unlock from my phone without having to be there to physically do so. I also like its compatibility to the “home” iPhone app interface in case you personally prefer to manage the controls from that instead. The security features this offers has helped but my mind and safety at easy. Would buy again.

Very good wifi app controlled lock for STR

Great Lock, needs z-wave support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock works great. Integrates well with Alexa and Apple Home, but lacks z-wave capability, so does not integrate with my alarm/security system. That’s disappointing. Battery life is a little short but acceptable.
