[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pushed into changing my normal deadbolt to this product as the wife hated bringing keys. I thought itcwouldnt be as safe as a normal one. The locksmith had high praise for it and locking and unlocking is so easy now. A couple of negatives, we had to find instructions on how to add codes on the internet. Those should have been in the instructions included. Also when we set it up on apps the codes we had previously plugged in were no longer working. That admittedly could have been user error though. Bottom line love them so far!

Best wifi lock I've ever used!

Better than I expected- exceeds all expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the house I bought, and wasn't sure about how to use it until a friend visited me and said that I had one of the best deadbolts. I do Airbnb and Initially, I was using a key, and the deadbolt without wifi, after my friend tellling me about the model, I googled it and learned more, downloaded the app, and now I have full control of who enters my home and when. I love every feature in this deadbolt.

Incredible lock - it just works

Flawless HomeKit Integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of whether a smart lock would hold up to repeated uses and not end up locking me out. I have to say this surpassed every expectation I had. The fact that it has thread also makes it so the batteries last a long time. I think I got 14 months on the front door that gets used the most and 18 months on the lesser used garage entrance and back door. I seem to have lost the keys they came with but I’m actually not worried because I don’t see these ever failing.
