Very reliable and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have thai product for almost 2 years! Always works perfectly. Both remotely and manual input. Very easy to replace batteries. As a Sabbath observer, it is the easiest lock out there to remove the batteries for the Sabbath to allow Sabbath use. And just as easy to put back in after the Sabbath.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In in four years, we’ve had to replace the lock three times. Twice for malfunctioning Wi-Fi. Once for mechanical failure. It’s kind of a pain when you live 1000 miles away. Even using a back up hard key to try and open the lock his failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
