[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got one with my new house and got one for my mom's home. You can set up codes for when you have houseguests instead of giving out keys. The software app is really easy as well. The only issue is the Alexa connection is crappy, but that could be on the Alexa side

Love the interface and connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interface and easy programmability of the encode through the app is what solidifies this to me as being an exceptional smart lock. I can change my codes easily and share them with family members. The notifications of the lock being used are excellent to monitor children or anyone at home. I am easily able to let family members and trusting neighbors in to my home if need be from 85 miles away at work. I love the encode smart lock

1. It will not connect to my WiFi
2. The relock delay only goes up to 10 minutes, I would like to set it for at least an hour.

Quiet and smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed to replace an older schlage electronic dead bolt. It worked great with my only grip was when locking and unlocking was a little noisy! I wasn't able to sneak in or out. After installing the new deadbolt, I was shocked how quiet and smooth it was! Installation and programming was easy and love the fact I can lock and unlock from my phone!

Love that I can see in my phone who is coming and going and I can unlock it for someone if I am not home. Looks very nice on my door inside and out. Love love love it. Thank you
