Awesome and secure lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Schlage Encode Camelot lock on my garage door, and I knew when I painted my home, I wanted to go with Schlage again for my front door. The installation process was easy peasy, and it connected to the Schlage app fast. The new app looks awesome and I created my home as well. I love the security of this lock, knowing I can create codes and delete them if needed.

Love this lock! I have a Schlage wifi deadbolt on all my doors - I never carry keys! The only issue I have is with this particular lock the face is black until you touch it. People who use it to access my house always touch the face to light it up to enter their code. Unfortunately it usually isn't their number and then the lock won't open. I have had to put a small sign up that says to touch the lock on the lower right before entering their number.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Difficult to set up and connect to WiFi. Way too much frustration with this device. For my first “smart “ device in this house it has only made we want to go completely mechanical and eliminate all the “smart” issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
