Phenomenal Product

I feel better with a hassle free lock that outperforms our previous lock and has simplicity in its use. Connecting to our wifi was a snap. The installation was done effortlessly amd our home is more secure. The interface offers a user friendly experience for those invited in the home to use the app. Schlage for the win.

Batteries Don't Last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock worked great for 3 months. Once we replaced the batteries it doesn't work for more that a day. We've called Schlage and so far we don't have a resolution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have about 8 Encodes for multiple properties. Everything works as it should. The app tells battery life, we can easily change codes for the guest. The kids can get in the house no problem. It's the go to lock for entry when you are not home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this, I can set multiple including the father-in-law who can get in the house when he needs to or when I say he can get in here because there is a smart feature in the app that lets me designate specific times when certain codes can use the door

Works Great - Until WiFi disconnects

1. Smart lock stopped functioning even though batteries are there when WiFI was disconnected
2. Lock could not be added to Apple Home.
