[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works so well i bought a second one for another location. Was worried bout the battery dying but that has only happened once in 6 years. It was my fault for ignoring the alerts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as a replacement for an older Schlage model. I love how easy it was to install (it was more work to remove the old one) and also enjoy using the app to program codes for guests. Super convenient. Great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this lock 10/10/2024 and it has really cool features, with easy to install instructions and an easy setup video. No more keys for me and my family, Thanks to Schlage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wish it could be automated but requires a third party service to automate codes rather than being able to generate a code around specific parameters. The app often does not work and requires resetting to work and save new coats when created. Doesn't have a random code generator either. Overall not a bad app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Encode was installed by the builder in 2019. It worked well until mid-2024 when the keypad and remote control stopped working. App is up to date, batteries replaced multiple times, reset and reprogrammed multiple times. Still not working. The app shows locked/unlocked status and log entry says “jammed” (but it’s not) so I know network connection is fine. Very disappointing because these locks are expensive to replace.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
