Unlock fails more often than it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Trying to unlock is very hit or miss. Mostly miss. The main use case is unlocking with my Apple Watch. I hear the lock unlock and then it just locks again. Effectively the door stays locked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third purchase I have two on a rental property and it's great because I can set codes for the renters and I can also see who's coming and going. Connected to my Wi-Fi with no problem and I get my alerts on my phone no Bridge needed
