Great lock overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock over all. We have had issues with moisture getting in battery compartment. And they replaced it for us. We do live th lock and the app. The only thing that would make it better would be to integrate with Apple Watch and phone to open door.

Easy to use, hard to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. It was very hard to set up though. I was incredibly frustrated that I almost gave up. The instructions were not correct I had to watch several videos for how to set it up. Finally found one made by someone on YouTube.

Easy Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock today and spent a few minutes reviewing the directions before trying my hand at installation. I was surprised at how easily it mounted and the app made programming a breeze. I have a medium skill level and this is the first smart lock I have ever installed. From start to finish was about 30 minutes. If the lock holds up long term & there aren’t glitches in the app/lock interface, this will be a solid buy.

Easy to Operate and Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is great. I can monitor who unlocks it locks the door up to 100 different people. It automatically generates codes for my AirBnb. This lock takes stress away from us and allows us to set it and forget it. We can also lock our house from 2 states away.
