Awful app for a great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The locks are great and well built. The managing app is complete and absolute trash. Hours spent connecting and setting up accesses.

An upgrade over the Connect
on November 14, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Connect has been great over the years and this is an upgrade from that lock. Physically smaller, HomeKit compatible, NFC sensor. The one negative compared to the Connect is that because of the increased features it uses WiFi to stay connected and that makes battery life worse.
I would recommend this to a friend!
