[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that I can monitor my lock from my phone & if my kids forget to lock the door I can check it from my phone or ask Alexa. I also like the fact that I can set up a code for each person & if I want I can see when they use it.

I can’t say enough good things about this smart lock — I now own five of them, and each one has exceeded my expectations. Living in a region that experiences harsh winters, I was a bit skeptical at first, but these locks have proven to be rock-solid in cold temperatures. They continue to work flawlessly, even when the weather dips well below freezing.
The battery life is outstanding — I rarely have to change them, even with heavy daily use. The Wi-Fi connectivity is also super reliable, making remote access smooth and fast. Whether I’m locking up from across the street or checking the status while traveling, it never skips a beat.
The convenience, performance, and peace of mind this smart lock brings are unmatched. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate — this is hands down one of the best smart home investments I’ve made!

Trustworthy and reliable keyless lock

When it works it good, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have set it up and programmed it all my kids have a code and everyone is happy. But when it tries to update it crashes the lock every time and then it forces you to use the key which defeats the purpose of having it the quote unquote smart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lock for Airbnb users

Connectivity and Security have been challenging and continues. Was not able to simply tie into home network. Not sure what the comparability issue maybe.
