[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] best thing I have purchased. My kids have access to the link, I can lock and unlock. my door from anywhere! If I forget to lock the front door when I leave for work, all I have to do is check the app and lock it from work! I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock has great features, looks great, and seems very good quality. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that my original lock failed in less than 2 weeks. I called support and they diagnosed over the phone and determined the lock was faulty. They sent a new lock within a week. I just installed the new lock. Seems to be working well on day one. If it continues to work, I would give 5 stars. Time will tell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only disappointment with this device before I bought it, I read up and found that is support matter but after getting device found out that it is matter certified but not activated. Pointless to me as I am not a apple user.

Easy install & great uptime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They lock was very easy to install and connect to WiFi. This is the third of such electronic locks that I have. I love being able to set it auto lock at certain times to make sure the door is secure. The app is easy to add and share codes and set time and day restrictions for those codes. I have never had the locks offline.
