Locksmith couldn’t open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend was watching our dog for the week and accidentally locked the handle and deadbolt, the locksmith could unlock the handle but until i opened the lock from the app the locksmith was unsuccessful at unlocking the deadbolt keyed lock. So don’t lose your key! Very happy and impressed with app and lock response and ability to lock/unlock while away. You will also know who unlocks it by the code they use. Would recommend to anyone wanting a secure and useful deadbolt. Easy to install and looks great, no finger prints to guess codes.

Operation is smooth and effortless. Lock makes the family feel very secure. Never had a problem with connectivity in 8 months, so I hope that continues.

I can lock or unlock it remotely with ease, which has been a total game changer. And the fact that it still works with a traditional key is a huge plus—great when we listed our house! Simple, reliable, and super convenient, everything I've come to expect from a Schlage product. Highly recommend!

Great lock all around

Great lock could be better with fingerprint reader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a bew Schlage Encode Camelot from the Home Depot! The lock is awesome, very easy to install and connect. The deadbolt is heavy and feels durable, so security is good as well. I think it would be really handy and convenient if Schlage can add a fingerprint scanner to the lock. That would enhance the appeal and also increase the ease of access.
