Love the hands free control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im.so happy with this product. I love that I can set different codes for individuals. Love I can unlock from my phone when I'm miles and miles away. After leaving the house I can make sure others behind me locked the door (can see on the app) and if they didn't I can lock it from miles and miles away. Love the feature of an alarm if the lock has movements around it. This lock is great. I plan to put one on the rest if my doors. Right now I only have the one on my main front door.

Absolutely no problems - The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use in my short term rental and I have had absolutely no problems with it and it syncs to Airbnb to provide code. Holds a great charge for long period of time and the easiest process by far to use for me as owner and guests. I love that it sends a message as well when providing the code with detailed instructions on how to use the same. Absolutely hands down the best. So good that I have bought one for my home and my son’s home. Thank you!

Very stylish and very convenient!

I love that we are able to lock and unlock the door from our phone. And I love that it automatically locks after a few minutes.

It stopped working in 1 month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently purchased this product after reading the favorable reviews. Worked really well for a month than over the last 2 weeks having battery and connectivity issues. We use this lock for our AIRBNB and we have had 2 guest complain they could not get in. When I check even though history shows battery power at 99%. It seems to have run out of battery power. Batteries changed 4 days previously. Had to remove the lock for fear that we would get a bad rating. So disappointed as this is supposed to be the BEST on the market for AIRBNB properties.
