Have over 25 encodes and is the most reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 25 encode smart locks in multiple locations and they work wonders! The new app that controls the locks have great improved making managing them more easy! The customer service and is also great. Each time we have an issue with it it’s often resolved quickly. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock, owned for nearly a year and no issues at all. The biggest thing about it that sucks, is it absolutely devours batteries. Other than that, it’s fantastic!

Empty batteries included

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this lock has been great. I have had this lock installed for two months. It makes a little noise when using the app to lock/unlock the door but not enough to bother me. The ability to unlock the door from the app makes bringing in groceries so much easier not having to fumble for keys with bags in my hands.
