Replaced Sense

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replace Schlage Sense after 4 years and the gears grinding. Fairly easy to set up. Apple Home can only be used for one person so had to set up second on Alexa. Lock is almost silent. Very smooth locking and unlocking.

Great Product; Subpar App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage lock is a great lock. I love the automatic lock feature, the virtual key and the fact you can program multiple access codes. The app on the other is not great. The wifi keep going offline. I am in the process of replacing my lock with a Zwave lock.

Fantastic lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this lock to replace my existing keypad lock that stopped working suddenly. I was impressed with how quiet it was at the store display, compared to the other keypad locks. It was extremely easy to set up, with clear instructions.
