Wonderful WiFi capable lock

I love having them because you will never get locked out and you can assign I think it's 200 codes. We have family living all over the country and they like to stay with us. This is a great tool for me so anyone can be assigned a code and could get in. Also if your having work done on or at your house the contractors can have a code. you can restrict the times accordingly. The App is great to have also. It gives you a detailed history of who and when the lock was accessed. I 1st bought the one for condo, We liked it so much we put one on the house. I can't say enough how useful this lock set is.

Terrible - unstable

for surveys after it fails to save the new codes. The lock is a lock, with a key. As a Smart Home device it is weak. App is barely able to work, and mostly does not. We as customers need Reliable, and more reliable, and reliable, consistent, good battery life

DIY’ers Dream Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a Schlage Encode that was installed on a newly purchased home. Install takes 15 minutes and I had my 14 year old son do it. Easily swapped the tumbler to keep the existing keys. Every member has a unique code and it is integrated into my Surety Alarm System!!! Also the black face is an upgrade to the original white encode face… especially with 8 people touching it. Highly recommend.
