Overall it does what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Encode Plus model specifically for Apple the Home Key feature. The lock works great with my Apple Watch and iPhone for the most part. After watchOS updates tap to lock stopped which required me to completely unpair and re-pair my watch to get it working again. Sometimes the lock will freak out and cycle through all the lights flashing which seems like a soft reset, but then it works again. Still overall the best lock on the market that offers the features it does.

Just what we needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has had this for 3 weeks, now, and it's working so perfectly. We wanted a Smart Lock for our door that could have multiple passcodes for our kids, but we also wanted a physical key for my wife's grandfather who lives with us. It automatically locks itself every night, so that's one less thing that we have to think to do.
Honestly, we plan on purchasing two more so that we can have every entrance into our home outfitted with one of these. I would highly recommend it!
