Great lock with 2 small caveats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lock, very sturdy and well made. Love the remote access feature to manage the lock as well.
Caveat 1 wish this lock had a 15000mah battery which could be recharged for longer battery life.

Caveat 2 have 2 of the same locks purchased from the same store at the same time. But they're running different firmware versions. Not sure why.
Outside of that super pleased with this product.

Love all the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently installed my encode+ lock and I have already found that I love the features. Multiple codes that have valid times, and the ability to remotely lock and unlock. I had an emergency where I couldn't make it home to let my dog out. I was able to ask a neighbor to come over and they naturally asked for the code. It was so cool to say don't worry I'll unlock the door for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well. It stays connected to wifi however it's a little confusing if you have to change the wifi network. The battery life is ok. It doesn't last as long as I'd like and I don't use cheap batteries. I like the physical key backup. Also I like that you can set a time for auto lock in case you forget to lock the door. The app works well with my lock.
