[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was very easy. Videos helped. Strike and reinforcement plates were not as shown in manual so I had to use my old one. Another place you can improve is to include somewhere that to open using keypad, you have to touch “home” before inputting code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a locksmith install it. Took about 90 minutes. Programming it was easy. We installed it so our 8yo can get in and out as he cannot be trusted with a key.
