[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have another one of these locks in another location and it’s fabulous. This one i have struggled more with due to my wifi. I have fiber optic and clearly it’s not 2.4ghz so connecting is impossible. I wish the manufacturer would make it very apparent that if you don’t have 2.4ghz wifi, you won’t be able to use all the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device works better than any lock I've ever had, it's TOP SHELF, I highly recommend it, not only can u use a key, a code or your phone, you can lock your door 1000 miles away, and if someone pulls on it to hatd it let's you no. It's absolutely amazing..
