Dependable lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased from our company probably around 25 to 30 of these locks and have a about a 98 to 99% success rate. Very dependable lock Wi-Fi and many settings. The customer service has been far beyond outstanding. Never have to wait very long they all have been professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Schlage.

Worth the wait!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schlage Encode Plus works great for me! I use it on my pole building and I love being able to enter using either a punch code, my cell phone, or a key to enter. I also love receiving notifications whenever the door is accessed as well. My building isn't heated and in very cold weather, the motor doesn't have enough power to lock/unlock. In this case, the traditional key works easily, unlike the older Schlage Encode.
