[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this on my new house. It’s been great. I can let workers in with their own code so I know who is in and out at all time. The app makes it’s so much easier. I’d highly recommend this product.

Great product for our business

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We run a vacation rental PM company and use the Encode lock at every one of them! The software connects seamlessly with our PMS which allows is to sync the locks with guest reservations; and it's awesome.

Good but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rekeying was more challenging than expected. Installing strike plate was not as easy as advertised. I like the lock and connectivity. Relatively easy to install on the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought five of these locks for our church. This gives us great control for security remotely. We use these seamlessly with Homekit and the Apple mini pod. Battery life has been good.

Great with a few minor complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice style. Works well. Easy-to-use app. Easily installed in place of the previous deadbolt which was mechanical. My only complaints are specific to the aged bronze finish. The color is nearly black. There's really no aged look. And the keypad numbers are unnecessarily dark.
