[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using both the Schlage Encode and the Encode Plus at our home, and they’ve honestly made life so much easier. My mom is disabled, so we have caregivers, nurses, church members, and our housekeeper coming in regularly. Being able to create and manage access codes for different people has been incredibly helpful. As caregivers change over time, I can easily add or remove access without worrying about making extra keys or changing locks.
It’s one less thing I have to think about, which means a lot when you’re already juggling so many responsibilities. The only issue I’ve had is that every once in a while the lock loses its internet connection, and I’m not sure why. Other than that, it’s been reliable and has worked really well for our family. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a smart lock that makes managing access simple and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best decision I made in getting one, the ease of use to open the app up to be able to do hands free locking and unlocking and if away from everything, you can still unlock and lock everything from the App
