Poor Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. But battery life on this new model is very poor. I also have an older model with much longer battery life.

Solidly built, smoothly functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock works quite smoothly and quietly. The app is quite simple, but doesn't seem to be very customizable. (Adding admins so they can use their own app) Part of that may be my learning curve. All in all, I am very pleased with the look and function of the lock. Works great with the Echo devices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great until I was locked out of my home and the smart lock didn’t respond to the app or the keypad pin.
Had to call a locksmith. Ridiculous.

This lock is a great must-have door lock. You can control it from any point of the world. There are handful number of pins you can set permanently and temporarily. I highly recommend this lock.
