[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased an earlier version of this product that truthfully had some compromises. What that Schlage Sense starting acting up I had a decision to make. Do I buy another Schlage smart lock or go with a competitor’s? In spite of the problems I was having with the Schlage Sense I’ve always held the belief that Schlagee God quality products and bought the now third generation of their smart lock. I’m glad I did as the Schlage Encode Plus in a much improved lock from the Schlage Sense. It operates much more smoothly, is quieter and has a much more robust direct connection to a house’s wi-fi system rather than merely through a hub. I like it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was easy to install and connect to the internet. In winter the batteries wear out quickly. But overall it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure it's available somewhere on the website I was hoping that the one piece of paper in the Box would take me to the directions but no such luck. Second purchase but I didn't install the first one. They work great with Alexa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this lock at our office which we should’ve done five years ago! No longer do we have to worry about issuing keys and recovering them! We can add and remove users from the app, or notified when they come and go and are notified if the lock is engaged or not. It makes life that much easier!
