Peace of mind

I have linked it to google home and am able to monitor all of my smart devices in one location. I would strongly recommend this product for the peace of mind it bring when away from home for extended periods.

Apple HomeKit less reliable

Love the Schlage App.
Not able to use the Apple HomeKit & the Schlage App at the same time is a bummer.
The Schlage app is better - more reliable with more options. Using the Apple HomeKit works about half the time- Unresponsive quite a bit. Doesn’t have all the same features as the other app either.
Would love if they worked seamlessly together- Which is why I bought the plus instead of the normal Encore. But I am still holding out for some updates - Maybe they’ll work out the kinks.
Overall, I love my new locks.

Solid, stable, and smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strong construction, long long battery life, and easy installation. If you want a trustworthy HomeKit lock, go for this guy. I’ve worked at a smart lock app platform and can conclude Schlage locks are the highest grade smart locks on the market

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device did not come with screws for the install. This made it very difficult with the handyman making trips to the store. The invitations sent to others have not arrived so I am the only one who manage the door. Instructions that came with the device are limited to install. Online does not answer the questions I have. So far pretty disappointed. Hoping to get this functional for others to use, which is the point of this type of lock.
