New WiFi lock

Frustrating Lock to Reconnect to 2.4 GHz WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing, when it works correctly. God forbid your WiFi resets or Power goes out in your house impacting your router. Once the WiFi is reset or forced off by losing power to ones house, to try and have the lock reconnect to the 2.4 GHz WiFi connection, good luck.
I spent days going through forums and reddit posts trying to rest the lock and have it connect.
If this issue ever gets resolved, they're fantastic bc they even can connect with the RING app. But, again, the headache of losing its functionality is upsetting with just a small inconvenience of have either the router powered off or rest.
I would recommend this to a friend!
