Love the Apple key integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Encode was having a condensation problem so I upgraded to the Plus for the Apple Watch unlock feature. Installation was a breeze since I didn't have to replace the deadbolt or strike plate. I was able to connect it quickly and add it to my Ring and Alexa systems easily. The Apple Watch integration is nice, but can be picky depending on what my watch is doing. My only gripe is that sometimes the lock actuates while I’m opening the door so the bolt is extended when I close, and I wish that entering a code or using the Apple key would not lock the door if it was already unlocked. I would expect that pressing the lock button would lock the door and not the enter button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to a new house. And the first thing we did is buy a new Schlage lock since we have a really good experience with the previous one. The only disadvantage is it’s a bit expensive.

Great look and safety features all rolled into one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was very easy to install, it looks sharp and great compared to the old lock that we used to have, but the best thing I love about this lock is the security features on it. I never have to worry anymore about whether the grandkids came in and left the door unlocked or not, because it’s self locks behind them a few minutes later and I never ever even have to let it cross my mind that the door may be unlocked because I know it’s always locked from now on that feature alone makes it worthwhile it connected to my Wi-Fi very easily was compatible with my iPhone and the interface to it was unbelievable. The app format is just so easy to use and to change things, anyone can use this I just love this lock.

Excellent deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation took a little effort. I had to change the depth which was not as easy as it should have been. The encode plus looks great! Very responsive. I wish it would work the tap to open feature with multiple devices. It currently only works with 1 device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was perfect and easy to replace my existing keyed deadbolt.
It did not mention to reload the “Schlage” program for the replacement lock.
Use of the phone based instructions you must be somewhat mechanically inclined to install.
Operationally, I would have no other brand and have used Schlage on all 5 homes I have owned.
