[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HW install was excellent but SW poorly handles mutual exclusivity of Homekit access and Schlage native wifi. Since homekit was having robustness issues (i blame apple) i went with wifi which has mostly been solid. Sometimes buttons are hard to see in bright sunlight and thus should be physical as they don’t ever change roles. Would buy again

Great for STR hosting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I night this for my shirt term rental and it has been a huge success. I am able to assign unique codes for my cleaning crew and my guests. I can also quickly change the access times if a guest decides to stay longer. On the negative side, the installation and setup instructions were not super helpful. We had to search online to troubleshoot and figure out how to add codes. The app UX wasn't as intuitive as it could be, but we finally figured it out.

Can also be controlled with an iPhone and Apple Watch
