Great lock/a bit demanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dead-bolt lock has worked great for three years and also worked well with Alexa. When I needed to change the batteries recently the app required me to set a passcode and register the lock with the company before I could reconnect with the Wi-Fi. This was a little bit of a hassle but probably a good idea.
