[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was not difficult. Connectivity to wi-fi was easy to do. Managing access is easy once you realize how to do it. Need to load the Schlage app to manage access. The instructions I was following outside of the app did not work for me. Could have been user error. Overall, really like the lock as I can lock/unlock and add access via the app when not there, but haven’t had it very long. Also, like you can set it up to see who and when the door is unlocked/locked. The chrome is brighter than expected, but works fine. Would order the satin nickel if purchase another one.

Love this lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a previous lock so replacing it with this one was the easiest thing. It’s leek looking, and I love that the battery pack comes out and there are no wires attached. The notifications were easy to set up and I’m glad there’s no extra hub needed to use this lock.

A great upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the tap to unlock with my Apple Watch and the lock works great. I purchased this unit to replace an older unit. The inside component is much smaller than my old unit, which makes it more appealing to look at. My only complaint is that the battery life is not as long as the older model. The installation was easy. I connected it to an IoT WiFi network since I don’t trust devices like this. I can say it connected with no problems. The interface is a bit different from the old model but still nice. I’m thinking of replacing my other two locks in the near future for the convenience of the tap to unlock.

Reliable Security with Great Smart Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Schlage Encode Plus WiFi Deadbolt Lock and have been very impressed with it. The installation process was straightforward and easy to complete, even for someone with limited experience installing door hardware. The lock has a clean, attractive appearance that complements my home's entryway. The security features are excellent, and I especially appreciate the advanced technology, including WiFi connectivity and the ability to manage access remotely. The convenience, reliability, and peace of mind this lock provides make it a worthwhile investment. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart, secure, and user-friendly deadbolt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this product. I love connecting it to my Alexa and telling the door to lock. I love using my phone to unlock it from the outside. I love setting a temporary password for houseguests. Looks incredible. Set to schedule to lock every night at 11. I can’t say enough good things about this.
