[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved to a new house. And the first thing we did is buy a new Schlage lock since we have a really good experience with the previous one. The only disadvantage is it’s a bit expensive.

Excellent deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation took a little effort. I had to change the depth which was not as easy as it should have been. The encode plus looks great! Very responsive. I wish it would work the tap to open feature with multiple devices. It currently only works with 1 device.

Very satisfied either way Schlage as a quality pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was perfect and easy to replace my existing keyed deadbolt.
It did not mention to reload the “Schlage” program for the replacement lock.
Use of the phone based instructions you must be somewhat mechanically inclined to install.
Operationally, I would have no other brand and have used Schlage on all 5 homes I have owned.

Power fails to the keypad

The lock frequently loses power, despite having new batteries installed. The electronic keypad loses functionality until I am able to pull and reinsert the battery pack on the inside of my home. After doing so, I can verify that the lock is functioning properly with a good power supply. It eventually fails again, and I am unsuccessful at isolating the trigger for the symptom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
