[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product looks very nice, very easy to install and setup code. I like the fact that you can enter a long PIN code and not limited. The only downside is the ability to automatically lock if somehow we forgot to lock it.

New Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easy to set up and connect with Apple home! It was also easy to set up users. My Apple phone and watch connected easily while setting up and the connectivity to the lock works from anywhere I have tried! Installation was easy. Instructions were ok, could have been set up in a better format with a little clearer directions, but it installed just like any other door lock. We chose this lock because of the security features and multiple ways to unlock the door. So far everything is what the reviews said. The lock is rated the best for a reason! Interface can be a little confusing. If you touch the pad to light it up before putting your code in, make sure you don’t t hit a number. Otherwise that will be the first number of your code. We locked our codes out several times before we realized what was showing on. If you want the pad lit up to put your code in make sure you touch the lock signs on the bottom of the lock. Not the number area. Other than that, so far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this lock!!! I can use my Apple Watch to unlock it. Add different codes for family or friends. I know it will lock after a timer. Gives peace of mind knowing the house is locked.
