[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smart lock in December of 2023 to secure our new home, instead of passing out keys not knowing if they were copied or lost. The lock look, and Quality is better then expected. I was able to easily install and program the lock in under a half an hour including clean up. I love the fact that I can program individual codes and have them be active as short as a 1 time code to a permanent code. The app is easy to use and navigate. I am notified when the lock is open and locked and who code was used. This lock is expensive but worth every penny, I am looking to buy 2 more for the rest of the house.

Amazing Product

Being able to keep track of when people are in and out and being able to control it remotely is awesome. Especially with me always wondering if I locked the door behind me. Now it’s as easy S a push of a button.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i’m a super host for Airbnb and I use this product exclusively on the multiple Airbnb that I have because it doesn’t require a hub to tie into my Internet I’ve been able to program this lock for anywhere in the world including when I’m in the Philippines even though my properties are in the United States totally amazing product super well-made and good support as well. !

After leaving and explaining to him how to add codes and delete codes he was off and running and knew exactly what to do and how to do it. The app is amazing and responsive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already have one came with home. So I purchased another for my back door. I had one problem after i re Keyed the keypad didn’t work. Anyways I returned it for a replacement now works fine. That’s why I dropped it 2 stars otherwise I would have given 5. Not sure out of the factory they didn’t catch that nib failure
