[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and set up but will not connect to my wifi. I called Schlage support they passed the buck to my isp. I was in the phone for over an hour with support from my isp and could not get it to connect. Everything else including the Bluetooth works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This security smart lock was easy to install, set up and program on both the Schlage and Ring apps. I was able to do it without the help of my husband, so it was done by the time he got home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a breeze. Any home owner can install.
Connectivity and Security have been challenging and continues. Was not able to simply tie into home network. Not sure what the comparability issue maybe.
