Wonderful WiFi capable lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice to be able to lock and open the door remotely using the app. A sturdy heavy duty lock and easy to change the passcode or assigned passcode to multiple people. Very happy with the lock.

Good product. Need better instructions and support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed easily in place of a previous wave product. Setup was fine, but had some difficulty getting the connected part to work.
After 3 resets to factory on a new from the box lock, it was working with the WiFi.
Schlage needs better weekend support and better instructions online. When support finally got back to me 4 days later (installation was at my lake house), I was given a secret method of pressing the button 5 times quickly while paring. I didn’t use this method, but would have if I had known about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently upgraded my front door and now my father’s home front door deadbolts to the Schlage Encode Plus Smart Wifi Deadbolt units. I love that you can set individual entry codes for family, friends or contractors. Now that my dad is older I can monitor his activities and knowing that he has returned from leaving the house for a walk is comforting.

Love my lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Encode lock. I love the smart features and functionality of this deadbolt lock! My family can access my home to pick up anything they need with a code or I can unlock and lock my door remotely. It makes my life easier. When I have groceries or it is raining, I can unlock my front door from the car. Very secure deadbolt, I live in a high crime area and haven’t had any issues since I installed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
